The challenge
Slow billing loses customers at peak hours.
Discounts and offers applied manually are inconsistent.
Counts drift apart between locations.
Groceries, toiletries and household goods in thousands of barcodes.
Stock comes by the carton and sells by the piece.
Packed food and drinks expire on the shelf unnoticed.
How it works
HisabMate bills a mart from a touch-first Fast POS with item pictures or a classic POS, both scanning the manufacturer’s barcode. One item can have several barcodes — carton, box and piece — and labels with name and price print for loose items.
Discount rules by item, brand, company, category or customer apply on every bill with date windows, so a weekend offer starts and stops by itself, and only one rule wins. Several users bill at the same time, each with their own rights, and every bill prints a 58 or 80 mm receipt.
Stock is kept by location — store, godown and branches — with transfers between them. Batch and expiry can be switched on for food items so the nearest expiry sells first, and low-stock, reorder and near-expiry alerts arrive every morning.
The solution
The modules below come set up for your business — and every other HisabMate module is there when you need it.
Two counters: a classic POS for detailed bills and a touch-first Fast POS for busy shops.
Scan what the manufacturer printed, or print your own.
Sell on credit, collect later, and take goods back cleanly.
Stock that is always right — by item, unit, batch and location.
Pricing rules the counter follows on its own, and tax kept ready for compliance.
A separate credit notebook, kept apart from sales and profit.
The software tells you what needs attention.
60+ reports, each with print, PDF and CSV.
Intelligence built in
Rules by customer, route, price tier, item, brand, company or category, with quantity and bill-amount slabs. One rule wins, so a bill is always explainable — and you are warned below minimum price.
Weighted average cost is recalculated on every purchase and frozen onto each sale line — so profit by invoice, product and customer is real, bonus goods included.
Rules per product, category or location for low stock, reorder and expiry — checked every morning. An alert stays until the problem is fixed, not until someone clicks it away.
