The challenge
Nails by kg, pipes by foot, tools by piece.
Credit balances need to stay clear.
Running out of a common item loses the sale.
A contractor buying every week expects a better rate than a walk-in customer.
Supplier rates for pipes, tools and fittings move every few weeks.
Screws, bolts, hinges and tools in endless sizes are hard to count and find.
How it works
HisabMate keeps every hardware item with its own units — kg, foot, box or piece — and converts between them, so you buy nails by the bag and sell them by the kg without doing the sums yourself. One search box or a barcode scan finds the item at the counter.
Contractors and walk-in customers can pay different rates. Price tiers and discount rules by customer, item, brand or category apply on their own while billing, and a warning shows if a price falls below the minimum sale price. Contractor purchases go to their ledger with a credit limit, and statements can be shared on WhatsApp.
Purchase orders show the last rate paid, and the Item / Supplier Prices report shows what each supplier charged. Low-stock and reorder alerts every morning tell you what to buy before a common item runs out, and dead stock and stock ageing reports show what is not moving.
The solution
The modules below come set up for your business — and every other HisabMate module is there when you need it.
Two counters: a classic POS for detailed bills and a touch-first Fast POS for busy shops.
Scan what the manufacturer printed, or print your own.
Sell on credit, collect later, and take goods back cleanly.
Stock that is always right — by item, unit, batch and location.
Pricing rules the counter follows on its own, and tax kept ready for compliance.
A separate credit notebook, kept apart from sales and profit.
The software tells you what needs attention.
60+ reports, each with print, PDF and CSV.
Intelligence built in
Rules by customer, route, price tier, item, brand, company or category, with quantity and bill-amount slabs. One rule wins, so a bill is always explainable — and you are warned below minimum price.
Weighted average cost is recalculated on every purchase and frozen onto each sale line — so profit by invoice, product and customer is real, bonus goods included.
Rules per product, category or location for low stock, reorder and expiry — checked every morning. An alert stays until the problem is fixed, not until someone clicks it away.
