The challenge
Missed or wrong schemes upset shops or cost you margin.
Salesmen’s orders arrive late and get re-typed.
Hundreds of shops owe money across many routes.
One item ships by the carton and sells to shops by the dozen or the piece.
Each route has its own salesman, shops and collections to follow.
Free goods make the margin look better or worse than it is.
How it works
Salesmen book orders on their phones in the market, the owner is notified, and the office turns each order into an invoice in one step. Schemes such as 10+1 or 25+3 apply by themselves on every qualifying bill, the free goods print as their own lines, and their cost is counted in profit.
Every customer belongs to a route with its own salesman or recovery officer. A load sheet lists what goes on each vehicle, and route-wise receivables and collections show who owes what on every route.
Items are bought and sold in cartons, dozens and pieces with conversions, each customer type can have its own price tier, and the cash collected on the road goes into the right cash, bank or wallet account.
A day in HisabMate
Morning
The order booker visits shops on Route 3 and books orders on his phone, with each shop’s item history in front of him. The owner’s phone shows every new order.
On one order
A shop orders 10 cartons at Rs 1,200. The 10+1 slab adds 1 free carton as its own line; its cost is counted, so the profit on this bill is true.
Office
The orders are turned into invoices in one step. A load sheet totals every item for the vehicle, and a delivery challan and gate pass print from each invoice — quantities without prices.
Evening
Collections are entered on the route. The collection-by-person report shows each man’s cash, and route-wise receivables show who still owes.

Intelligence built in
Four scheme types — buy X get Y (same or different item), quantity slabs and manual bonus — by item, category or customer, with date windows. Applied automatically on sales and purchases.
Rules by customer, route, price tier, item, brand, company or category, with quantity and bill-amount slabs. One rule wins, so a bill is always explainable — and you are warned below minimum price.
Weighted average cost is recalculated on every purchase and frozen onto each sale line — so profit by invoice, product and customer is real, bonus goods included.
