The challenge
Institutions pay on terms.
Some items expire, some carry serials.
Boxes, packs and pieces.
Hospitals, clinics and walk-in buyers are each quoted their own rate.
Gloves, syringes and sutures lose their value on the expiry date.
Short-dated or damaged goods go back to the distributor.
How it works
In HisabMate each item decides for itself whether it carries a batch and an expiry date, so gloves and sutures are tracked to their lots while instruments and furniture are not. The nearest expiry sells first, an expired batch cannot be billed, and a morning alert lists what is about to expire.
One item can be bought by the carton and sold by the box or the piece, with the stock converted for you. Each item can carry a sale price, a wholesale price and a distributor price, and a warning appears when a rate falls below your minimum.
Hospitals and clinics buy on credit against their own ledgers, with statements on WhatsApp and an aged receivables report, and goods going back to a supplier get a numbered debit note against the original purchase.
The solution
The modules below come set up for your business — and every other HisabMate module is there when you need it.
Built for pharmacies and FMCG: every lot tracked to its expiry.
Two counters: a classic POS for detailed bills and a touch-first Fast POS for busy shops.
Stock that is always right — by item, unit, batch and location.
Buy right, at the right rate, and keep every supplier balance clear.
The software tells you what needs attention.
Scan what the manufacturer printed, or print your own.
60+ reports, each with print, PDF and CSV.
Your staff do what you allow — and every deletion is on record.
Intelligence built in
At the counter the batch closest to expiry goes out first. Expired stock is excluded from what you can sell, and the server refuses it even if a screen does not.
Weighted average cost is recalculated on every purchase and frozen onto each sale line — so profit by invoice, product and customer is real, bonus goods included.
Rules per product, category or location for low stock, reorder and expiry — checked every morning. An alert stays until the problem is fixed, not until someone clicks it away.
