The challenge
Short-expiry stock must move first.
Bonus on slabs from every company.
Hundreds of pharmacies on account.
Medicines are bought by the carton and sold by the box or strip.
Collections from pharmacies happen on the road and reach the office late.
Near-expiry and damaged stock comes back from pharmacies.
How it works
HisabMate tracks every lot with its batch, manufacturing and expiry date from the purchase onwards; the nearest expiry goes out first and expired batches are refused at billing. Company schemes — 10+1, slabs and free goods — apply on sales and purchases, and bonus cost stays in cost of goods so profit is true.
Salesmen book orders from pharmacies on their phones with the item history in front of them; the office turns each order into an invoice in one step and prints a load sheet for every van. Price tiers and discount rules give each pharmacy its own rate.
Every pharmacy has a ledger with a credit limit, and collections are recorded by route and by person. Returns come back as sale returns with numbered credit notes, and expiring stock, batch stock and aged receivables reports show what to move and whom to chase.
The solution
The modules below come set up for your business — and every other HisabMate module is there when you need it.
Built for pharmacies and FMCG: every lot tracked to its expiry.
Salesmen book orders on their phones; the office turns them into invoices.
Trade schemes applied automatically — on sales and on purchases.
Routes, load sheets and route-wise recovery for distributors.
Pricing rules the counter follows on its own, and tax kept ready for compliance.
Stock that is always right — by item, unit, batch and location.
Buy right, at the right rate, and keep every supplier balance clear.
Every party, every balance, every statement.
Intelligence built in
At the counter the batch closest to expiry goes out first. Expired stock is excluded from what you can sell, and the server refuses it even if a screen does not.
Weighted average cost is recalculated on every purchase and frozen onto each sale line — so profit by invoice, product and customer is real, bonus goods included.
Rules per product, category or location for low stock, reorder and expiry — checked every morning. An alert stays until the problem is fixed, not until someone clicks it away.
