Does it work for water bottles and crates as well as cylinders?
Yes. Any item can be marked as a returnable container — a gas cylinder, a 19-litre water bottle or a crate.
How do I know how many containers a customer has?
Each customer has a container ledger with a running count of what went out and what came back.
What if the empty comes back on another day?
Enter it with the customer’s payment, or on the containers screen as an entry outside a sale.
Can I see how many containers I own in total?
Yes. For each container the screen shows how many are in the shop, in the warehouse and with customers, and the total.
Can I enter containers customers already hold?
Yes. Opening entries record each customer’s containers on the start date without changing warehouse stock.
Do containers print on the bill?
Yes. The containers sent out and taken back print on the bill.
