The challenge
Most appliances are sold on monthly plans that need careful follow-up.
Tracing which unit went to which customer is slow without records.
Units sit in more than one place and counts drift apart.
The same AC sells for cash to one customer and on a plan to the next.
Installment buyers need a guarantor and their CNIC on record.
Monthly installments are collected across the city.
How it works
HisabMate sells appliances for cash at the counter and on installments from the same stock. On an installment sale it works out the down payment and the monthly schedule, and saves the buyer and the guarantor with their CNIC; the sale form asks for the serial number, make and model of the unit.
Stock is kept by location — showroom and warehouse — with transfers between them and location-wise reports, so the count of every model is known in each place.
Recovery officers collect on their own routes from the Android app, every payment prints a receipt and fills the oldest installment first, and due, overdue and defaulter lists keep follow-up on time.

Intelligence built in
A payment fills the oldest unpaid installment first, then the next. The arrears total your recovery officer asks for at the door is always worked out for them.
A double tap or a dropped connection never records a payment twice. Money and stock move together or not at all.
Type a name, phone, IMEI, invoice or item and find customers, sales, installments and stock in one box.
